Dr Fabio Castiglione MD, PhD, FECSM,FEBU is an Urologist in London
Expert in Erectile Dysfunction and Male Infertility. He is the director of Holistic-Andrology Clinic in London, He obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery and later completed his training in Urology at the Vita Salute San Raffaele University of Milan in July 2015 with distinctions. He obtained his PhD on Stem Cells and Erectile dysfunction in 2019 at KU leuven.
He is a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM), Fellow of the European Urology Board (FEBU) and Member of the scientific Committee of the International Sexual Medicine Guideline (ISSM) and of The Dr Fabio Castiglione MD, PhD, is an Urologist-Andrologist and Scientist based in London. He is an expert in Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Male Infertility.
He is the director of Holistic-Andrology Clinic in London and Diga33 Spanish clinic in London.
He graduated with distinction in Medicine and Surgery and later completed his training in Urology at Vita Salute San Raffaele University of Milan in July 2015. I have dedicated my entire professional life to studying sexual men health. My interest in Male Sexual Dysfunctions began during high school by graduating with a study of eroticism in ancient Greek culture. My passion led me to graduate in medicine, to obtain a specialization in Urology-Andrology and a PhD on stem cells and Erectile Dysfunction. I traveled the world from the United States to India trying to learn all modern cures for male sexual dysfunction. Based on these clinical experiences and above all on the different
scientific experiments that I did in the laboratory, I developed a new ‘holistic’ approach to male sexual dysfunction.
This approach is aimed at treating not only the individual condition,
such as erectile dysfunction, but also male sexual health in its entirety as “a state of physical, I devoted my entire professional life to studying sexual men health.
My passion led me to graduate in medicine and obtain a specialization in Urology-Andrology and a PhD on stem cells and ED. Dr. Castiglione deals with all the diseases of the genitourinary system, with particular focus on Andrology, penile implants, infertility, Male sexual dysfunction and prostate diseases.
In his Urological training at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan from 2009 to 2014, Dr. Castiglione focused mainly on andrology, infertility and prostatic surgery. During his training he developed a new approach to cure ED after Radical prostatectomy for Prostate Cancer
From January 2014 to January 2016, Dr. Castiglione was awarded by the European Urology Society (EAU) with a clinical fellowship in andrological-reconstructive surgery at the University of Leuven, Belgium one of the Most important Urological center in EUROPE.
From January 2016 to November 2016, Dr. Castiglione worked as Urologist at Institute of Urethral Surgery in Pune. During this fellowship, Dr. Castiglione learned the most advanced surgical techniques for the treatment of urethral stricture. He also performed the first clinical study, at global level, evaluating the effect of Stem Cell- Stromal vascular fraction for penile fibrosis.
From November 2016 to February 2018, Dr. Castiglione worked as Clinical Fellow at the Department of Andrology and Reconstructive Surgery in London Hospitals. From February 2018 to November 2018, in the Department of Urology at Whittington Hospital in London.
From November 2018 to October 2019, he worked as Senior clinical Fellow In the Robotic -Uro-Oncology department, dealing mainly with malignant diseases of prostate and bladder, but also of benign prostatic hypertrophy and surgical treatment of common urinary disorders. From November 2019 Dr. Castiglione works as Andrologist in London, dealing mainly male sexual dysfunction and infertility.
Dr Fabio Castiglione got is PhD on Stem cell treatment for ED in 2019 and he is the author of more than 100 publications in international journals on male sexual dysfunction and prostate disease. His research showed for the first time in the world that stem cells can cure ED and urethral strictures. He is currently engaged as invited speaker in numerous national and international
conferences. He was awarded with numerous International prices. In 2017, the European Society of Urology awarded him as the best European fellow in Urology.
Member of numerous scientific societies, he has been a component of the scientific committee of the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ESSM) since 2018 and is the chairman of the commission for the international andrological guidelines (ISSM) and Associate editor of The journal of Sexual Medicine of the Most Important Scientific in the field.
